Thankfully got those two goals to wrap the game up but I've never witnessed refereeing like that shameful.

As for the referee, I don't think he did badly as the game was ferocious after the Motherwell goal.

On the goal itself, well, the De facto position is to give the ball back and they should have, but I think that the position needs to be changed.
Celtic player injures himself, so it is Celtic's advantage to put the ball out. So, well Motherwell should throw it back because that is what everybody does, it is pretty stupid. It isn't their problem, nor is it the referee's position to intervene, as some appear to be suggesting.

That dodgy goal today is the first celtic have conceded in Scottish competition this year. I think that's a sign of the quality of other teams attacking ability rather then celtics defence.
