No option other than to go through them and perform a “program edit” where you manually put them where you want. It’s a humax pvr really user friendly - just do an automatic search and then arrange  the channels how you want them but they aren’t there to arrange

Is it dual tuner? As in, does it have a cable/satellite input and an aerial input? If so, check the basics first and ensure you are on the correct input in the humax settings. You could be looking at the satellite channels which wont exist if its the aerial input you use. Otherwise, stick it in the fridge.

The aerial goes straight into humax then from the humax yi the tv  We never watch the ‘tv’ as it’s not very user friendly we watch tv through the humax - I haven’t touched any cables or done anything with the aerial

Yeah get that, my point is, if the humax has a satellite input also (dual tuner), maybe check the settings on the humax using the  humax remote to ensure its on the aerial input and is not instead sending the blank satellite signal to the telly.
