I think the simple fact that Shane Duffy can't play football is holding him back in his football career. Who would have thought it, eh.

He can't pass the football. If you want a team to setup like Brighton did last season, having about 2 shots on goal over a 6 month period and being content with that level of performance, Duffy will most likely shine in your team. If you setup as Ireland have done in the past few years, basically non football with no aspiration to win most games, but with the main aim being to avoid defeat, then Duffy will most likely shine in your team.
Some of the stuff written on ybig about Duffy playing with a really high level side is the most pie in the sky stuff ever, and that's some going on here. |
