Pretty much, along with Coleman and Randolph. I wonder what the chances are of him joining a more high-profile club? Probably the wrong sort of defender with the wrong style for many managers. A highly effective and consistent performer, however.

I don't know if he'll ever get a move up to a more stable club. But he is a better defender than Lindelof and he is supposedly worth over 30 million.

He's the first name on the team sheet for MON as well, and if he could clone himself, he would also be 2nd & 3rd. Two Shane Duffys at the back and the other Shane Duffy centre forward.

Yes indeed, one that can actually defend.

Thought he was very good against Liverpool earlier. Was singled out for praise by the commentators especially for his many headed clearances

Good game from Duffy, he was probably the best individual on the pitch (though Milner got MOTM). Just doing Duffy type things like tackling, blocking shots, winning headers & a goal line clearance. An odd out ball did find its way over the sideline too. He's our most important player these days, at both ends of the pitch, so great to see he has started the season so well.

He might the way transfers are going.  He must be worth 3 billion in today's market.

I expect to see Clonakilty Sausages on that green Brighton top.

He’s a brilliant defender and is a nuisance in the opposing teams box.

Has scored twice and won man of the match in five games this season too.

At 26, he’s probably not even in the prime of his career for a centre back.

I’d like to see him at a higher level than Brighton in the near future, I think he’s well capable of playing for a top 8 side.

I think Everton got it badly wrong when they got rid of him, he’s a better player than Michael Keane and Phil Jagielka for sure.

I don't know if he has the ball playing ability to play in a side pushing for Europe. That would be the only hindrance I could see if he was moving to a bigger club.
