How in god's name am I being childish . You have used one line without including the rest of the what should be quoted! You didn't merely state that Sunderland was the club who gave him his big break. You made the point that I was ignoring that Sunderland were the club who gave him his break, the clear implication being that I should take that into account when commenting on McClean (once again I hope I got that right!) and Sunderland. In response I pointed out, and not unreasonably in my view, that it's not as if Sunderland are devoid of self interest and they gave McClean a break because he's a nice lad or whatever. They gave McClean a break purely on the basis that they thought he would improve Sunderland AFC. Now if you think that's childish, well fair enough.

Except I didn't actually ask for your opinion (not that I have any problem with you stating it). You decided to point out a typo and write the word "wow" in capital letters. Now it was clear you were not happy with my sentiments so rather than hiding behind spelling, I felt it would be better if you actually said what you wanted to say.
