Zero chance of that happening. I'd like to think we will go for a sensible approach and appointment someone who knows The Championship. I would prefer a young up and coming manager but what Sunderland need now is stability, dare I say it you would like to think someone like Mick McCarthy would offer that.

Bout time Sunderland went down. Pointless existence just hovering above the relegation zone for 10 years. At least they might get to win a few games next season.
