Wholegrain and Dijon are acceptable in certain situations,  but if it's going near a sausage it has to be Colman's.

M&S Italian sausages. Worth a trip alone. 
Stick them in a brioche roll with fried onions and peppers,cooked with mixed herbs. Ketchup and American mustard. Absolute winnerClap

anyone who hasn't tried turkey sausages i would recommend trying. don't eat normal pork sausages anymore. fully converted  Thumbs Up

I normally make my own sauce in the pot as it’s cooking. Cider,Passata,worchester sauce,brown sugar and spices. Then when the pork is cooked,shred it into the sauce. Great the next day fried on the pan,gets it nice and crispy Big smile

Grabbed a loin of pork from Lidl and trying their recipe. Pulled porked in the slow cooker with a side of nachos, home made salsa with coriander (the lot). Poured a can of IPA and Coke in there for good measure.
