Super day out, this man enjoyed it more than most.

Fair play to him, he is one of those that needs replacing if we are to push on though.

Think JC knows that too. If he can keep on to Eric Grimmes I think he more than capable of filling the number 1 shirt.

It's the first real trophy since the club went bust. Great rebuilding.

Well done to all associated with Cork City football club Clap

Especially delighted for Johnny Dunleavy who I've gotten to know pretty well recently and of course to Danny Morrissey a great friend of mine.

I knew you would say something about Bluey LOL

I actually never played soccer with either of them (aside from a small bit with Danny in college) so I'm talking about knowing the lads outside of football.

Me, Steven Beattie and Gary Rogers aren't happy at that subtle dig.....

Look at the SR team of the year and tell me this City team is getting the credit it deserves. Best defense in the league and not a single defensive player named. Dead right in my mind.

Best of luck to Gavan Holohan. Back to Drogs I'd imagine.

He looks like he just got the bus up from Bantry for the day, is he definitely a footballer?

You may be partly right; for a striker he has a pretty poor scoring record, only 16 league goals in his career so far

Having said that though, he's not made many league appearances either
