I think that's a bit harsh. They might not have been at the outrageously high standard of the earlier ones but there were some great episodes. The dinner party one in the last season was outstanding.

I'd love them to do an aul random Christmas special but highly unlikely.

Jeremy's plotlines in particular annoyed me in the last two series. Series six was ok, that Russian one was class, I just didn't think 7 & 8 were funny. One or two funny moments but nowhere near as good as 1-5.

Quality. I think we all need more Super Hans types in the world, it would be a better place.

Deserves a bump.

Watched the Xmas episode recently when Superhans crashes an already stressed Mark's Xmas dinner and then strolls by him into the flat declaring:

"Father Spliffmas coming through"
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Yah. Mark explodes at him.

"It was a Christmas joke, that wasn't very Christmassy Mark"

A much needed 2018 bump.

Watched the episode when Jeremy tries to lifecoach Big Mad Andy as he's having a complete breakdown. He ends up with the 'mental health crisis team'. LOL

Jeremy and Superhans in the cult is another classic.

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Marks stag with the canal boat?

Thought the two women in it were doses tbh.

I think its that episode when Mark and Sophie see a therapist. The face and reaction off Mark when Sophie's about to say how useless he is in the sack is priceless LOL

This. It is the best episode.

Mark: Did you actually have to eat it?

Jez: I don't know. I keep wondering that. But, you know, in the moment, it really did feel like I needed to eat it.

Watched the first episode of "Back" while on a flight there which stars both Dave Mitchell and Robert Webb. Was no peep show but characters are very similar so the humour was quite similar too. Plan to give the rest of it a watch when I get a chance

The guy who wrote 'Back' was one of the writers on 'peep Show', albeit a minor one in comparison to Bain.
It is very enjoyable, even if it is nowhere the brilliance of 'Peep Show'.
