A welcome addition to the premier Division as they will have a few quid to invest and bring a more geographical spread to the table. Galway along with Cork City or Waterford and you probably have the best possible when it comes to having a strong premier Division.

Would agree with that in terms of geography. Hope they can add something. Poor enough standard this season.

Bray social media team outdid itself today, sticking up a picture of Sinclair Armstrong in a post congratulating Festy on his call up.

Club has become some joke under current ownership.

Said on the squad thread but it’s the type of mistake you’d expect from their social media team (might be a stretch) considering the shockers they’ve had over the last year or so.

Yep, unfortunately so, and nothing will change. I used to do it with two other lads and I think we did a pretty good job. None of us asked back or went back after new owners came in, new lad has been a disaster from day one.

Still no word on the racist comment(s) made by Longford from any of the clubs or the FAI. In true FAI fashion, not a single person that I know of in the stand has been contacted about it

This hasn't been reported anywhere, nor has there been any investigation into the other players that made remarks

It was tweeted by a Longford based sports journalist a couple of weeks ago that he was cleared.

If hearsay is to be believed (and lets be honest, the whole case has been based on one persons word against another), at least one Kerry player needs to be investigated too for comments they made in the direction of one of Longford's players. 

Chances were nothing was ever going to come of it, regardless of whether anything was said or not.
