The scumbag who filmed and circulated that will hopefully be charged and it'll be hopefully cause others to think about doing similar.
 
I challenged a guy recently who was filming paramedics working on a young person near grafton street - what's up with these weirdos?

IIRC there was a guy in the occupied 6 who was drowning in a lake and people were standing there watching it and filming it on their phones.

People upload the videos to Best Gore and other similar sites. The first instinct when seeing an incident like that in lots of Asia and South America seems to be get the phone out and start filming.Maybe it's spreading to Europe. It's a weird modern day phenomenon.

I remember 2 or 3 days, I think, after the Costa Concordia went down, I saw a photo of couple of tourists using this half submerged boat as the backdrop to their photo, like it was the f**king Eiffel Tower. At this point, there was quite possibly still people alive on that boat, and these two idiots are using it as a piece of scenery. How people can be so self unaware is just beyond me.

The original comment was saying the trucker filmed it and he got arrested. I'm still unsure where Hoskins got his whoosh from as I was answering what kind of trouble could the driver be in, hence the Confused

This happened in the states last year and the bystanders were done for manslaughter if memory serves me correctly
