My missus says I'm a weirdo ... when I have a bath I then have a 30 second shower . Is that weird ?

It's unusual. I wouldn't necessarily say weird, but definitely less than normal.

I mean I get it: the bath is relaxing but the water is manky by the end and it's not mad to rinse off.

When im even in the slightest bit hungover i need to sleep in a very specific way - hands down the kacks (not touching anything down there but just inside the waistband), lie on my back, left leg crossed over my right, and neck turned so that the left side of my face is on the pillow. I have no idea why but this helps with any hungover fear i may have LOL

Well the water you are bathing in would be dirty, so washing it off by having a shower makes a lot of sense to me.

After a sauna your meant to shower, not sure if that's hygiene or to have cold shower to close off the pores.

Both.

I had a steam room the other day and the smell in the place was awful, so on the way out I said it to gym manager, and he said ah some aulfella probably had a piss in there, let me turn it off and get it cleaned .

Which appears to happen the odd time.

Previously, in the sauna, somebody had a sh*te in the bucket that you use to scoop the water on the coals.
It was far across the sea,
When the devil got a hold of me,
