Think the older you get you don't want to be travelling too far at the end of a night and decide to stay local instead.
Would rarely go into town any more, and if I was it would be as far as Camden St. Would never think of crossing the Liffey.

When I lived in In Ealing in London I went to Hackney for a night out. Opposite side of the city and only the bus, nightmare getting home as it took forever.

The dark side.. And the light

Only recently was in Molloy's for the first time. Grand spot for a pint.

Cleary's is right across from Connolly. Great for a few quiet ones before jumping on dart to the madness

Up for sale the last while for €2m. Be some investment for the ybig community 😂

YBIG syndicate to buy it?

I could see the iconic image from Scar Face with Tony and all the cocaine in front of him except it’s Ger slumped in a booth in a boozer, the table stacked with empty Guinness pint glasses and him with a cream moustache staring glazed eyes into the distance.

Let's make this happen

Fair play to their marketing team. There are people out there who think they have some sort of special guinness. It's a very decent pint, like any decent pub.

Exactly

Decent pints in most boozers to be fair. Which is why I'd have little interest in going to this place for pints - it's too awkward to get too.

Still haven't got a decent pint in Dublin. There generally 6/7 out of 10 compared to a decent rural pub. Dubs are generally served muck and sh*te so they've got used to it over the years.

I can't agree there's plenty of overrated spots though Grogans and Mulligan's Poolbeg street nothing special. Clearys is the best in the city for me and I do venture around alot of Pubs around the place.
I'm the gaffer whatever I say goes.
