Anyone know when venues gave to be announced. Obviously Helsinki would be ideal but they play in Tampere and Turku aswell.

If the games are elsewhere, you can get your train tickets from vr.fi and it's in English too. Trains there are cheap enough and frequent enough, if you book well enough in advance.

FinnAir but it's a rip off, not going to bother with flights until at the earliest after the playoffs and then after the euros if we qualify

Tallinn also an option if flights are cheap enough, 2 hour ferry from there to Helsinki.

Would probably make the Larne-Cairnryan ferry feel like a Caribbean cruise! LOL

I've done the Tallinn-Helsinki crossing and it has to be seen to be believed. Lads downing bottles of vodka until they're at the brink of death. The prices go right down once they're at sea. Leaving the ferry is like walking through a minefield, there's unconscious folk all over place.

€261 for return direct flights from Dublin to Helsinki is reasonable enough
