Myfriend is recommending this but he's using apple tv

Is doing the above grand just using your phone?

Sportsmania/ Sportsnation is great value @ €30 for 6 months, only problem is now their payment site is down so no renewals or new sign ups can be processed.
Site/add-on itself is working perfect. Full HD on all sports

Is that a short term thing Fingers?

And can this be done through the phone?

Does Matrix work in the U.K.?

or what others are people using?

Currently have ACE TV which is good for sports but no movies tho!
Quality wise I would give it 80% - buffers every now and again and the picture is not 100% perfect but way better than any free streams online.

Using Ace-TV myself via Kodi on the firestick. As ZK says above, the occasional bit of buffering and the occasional crashed link but just have to go onto another link that they have. Picture quality is brilliant, HD standard.

Still a hell of a lot better than the free add-ons I've tried such as Sports Devil, UK Turk etc which I've found to be brutal (take ages to buffer and then usually crash after a matter of seconds). Thumbs Down

Was there a big clampdown on things over the weekend? The service I use (showboxtv) isn't streaming anything today, on Twitter seems there were similar problems with Ace and a few other services.

Was it a clampdown on whoever monitors the services themselves or by Irish ISPs?

Everything crashed yesterday in Ireland and UK.
You need to use a VPN to get around this -
Hola is free or use use one of the paid services.

I'm using ACE TV from 'Thailand' and it's working fine.

Yep, I'm doing the same with my Sony Bravia.
Downloaded the vyprvpn app and paying something like $7 a month.
Then streaming from Thailand and the smart IPTV app works.

There is probably some free vpn apps but didnt have the time to shop around.

Could you get that on your TV? My TV (LG) only has a fairly small selection of apps

Yeah I got that on my TV - like yours there was only a small selection available.
They all do the same so just pick one of them (cheapest/best rating) and give it a go.
I went for a monthly sub rather than a yearly one as it may not work all year.
Sky/BT are obviously trying everything to block these sites.
