Ten hours in the airport today and now on the way home, was a f**king sh*tshow.
Whatever about us, we can drive home, but tourists were told to leave the airport. They are entitled to accommodation but were never told that, off to fend for themselves.

Scandalous.
In saying that, people should really know their rights at this stage. That's not to excuse the Airlines, people shouldn't have to fight for their rights but it's not exactly an industry renowned for being upfront in such circumstances. Another problem... Are there actually rooms vaialble anywhere? Refugees and the banjo festival in Croker not helping.

I've just seen my flight f**king went in the end. What a joke.
Folks queued for two hours to pay €320 to get out tomorrow with Ryanair as well, all for nothing.

He is right. It was brilliant before COVID but they reduced it for obvious reasons over COVID. Since then it has been a poor service. It is much less frequent and seems to wait until full. It is often quicker to walk from the red carpark. Definitely quicker to walk if you see the bus pulling away. Prices have risen a lot as well but they have elsewhere also. It also only serves T2 now.

Can’t say I ever noticed and am on it most weeks , rarely wait more than 5 mins before it heads to airport maybe 10 min wait max going to car park Happy with the new arrangement - Used to be a real pain going from T1 to T2 then into car park

The Quikpark one is completely gone is it? Heard that they couldn't pay the rent on the car park during covid due to zero passengers, and whoever owned the land wasn't very flexible. Seems a waste for everyone now. Car park land not being used, bus not making money, and less choice for passengers/custoemrs.

You wouldn’t want to be waiting on a taxi - probably about 60 in the queue at the rank
