I feared the worst there for a second with that slide tackle on Ogbene.
Good job the defender didn't connect too much. Deserved yellow. Hopefully he gets through this game today and they get promoted.

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Would probably be better from an Irish point of view if they didn't and MK Dons got the automatic spot instead. Ogbene likely to get a Championship move anyway and the other Irish players there are good enough for the championship.

Would be an interesting move. They play good football but couldn't see him being a starter for Swansea, especially next season unless they change tactics a bit.
They line up similar to us at times and Ogbene would probably be competing with Piroe for a starting spot as one of their front three is often a midfielder who'll play more advanced to support Obafemi and Piroe. Don't see them looking at him as someone that can play RWB because he's wasted playing there and bigger difference playing that role in the championship than League One were you'll have more freedom to get and stay forward because you're defensively the strongest team in the league. |

As expected Rotherham have extended his contract by 12 months and are trying to negotiate a new contract with him.

Chieo draws first blood for the Irish in the British leagues, vs Swansea. Playing in a front 2 apparently.

Is he up front? A goal or two more in the league could see interest elsewhere before the window closes.

Scores vs Port Vale in the EFL Cup. 2 in 2, great start to the season. Found this 2min compilation of his play from the opening league game vs Swansea. Could've had a hat-trick.

He's a good option up fron.
Plays the pressing game, has pace and we know he has an eye for the goal. Fair play to him stepping up. |

Better off the bench or out wide. Doesn’t have the decision making ability needed to play up top at international level. (In my opinion)

3 in 4... But still good start. Big difference playing him up top instead of wing back
