I think Burnley could be screwed. The whole new owners in and getting rid of the long term manager who has overachieved for so long kind of sounds like they could become a bit of a basket case.
Most knew they were relegated as soon as they sacked Dyche

How was it not? They had no hope under Dyche.

Sorry about that CM. Relegation is always a strange, deflating and saddening experience. Especially after years in the PL.

Dyche would have kept them up more than likely. Wont be back in the PL for a while I'd say. A long while.

Says something for the way international club football is going when he would even consider leaving a leading Belgian club like Anderlecht (formerly a big deal) and in his home country, for a club of Burnley's size and stature. Presumably if he took it, it would be as a stepping stone to a big PL club, but you'd have thought that a good spell at Anderlecht might have achieved the same?

I was reading a little about Burnley's finances. They were heavily leveraged when the new owners bought the club. Any money the club makes/,made will go to paying off the debt. Looks like Burnley could go majorly south

Burnley look the best team in the league. Very different style from the Sean Dyche era but impressive. Early days of course but I’d expect them to go straight back up to the PL from what I’ve seen so far.
