Ancelotti would be perfect for Arsenal. He should be their main target.

Bring back the boring boring 1-0 to the Arsenal and get the street corner dealer from Atletico in

The defence has been a weak enough point over the last decade without getting Rodgers in.

Some of the players will be in for a huge shock under the new manager, especially if he's a man for shape, tactics, etc. We saw what happened at United when Moyes tried to change a few things, the senior players down tools, I hope that doesn't happen here because some of the players could do with a kick up the hole.

His first 10 years were fantastic. It's a shame he never won back to back leagues or the CL. Even down to 10 men in 2006, could have been 2 or 3 up before Larsson got on the pitch.

Or Sol Campbell to moan that he's been overlooked.

Arsenal really should have won the double in 2002-2003. That would have been a double double and 3 league titles in a row.

Also very very close to doing the double in 1998-1999 season.

I'd be delighted as an Arsenal fan that he's stepping down as it's the right time particularly if he goes out with a Europa league win. He probably should've done it when the won the fa cup but the Europa League would be a bit more special.

I wonder would he do a Ferguson and stick around the club?
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Arsenal would pay more than Celtic and his budget would be huge. He should capitalises while his stock is high.

I see Micky Arteta has also been linked. Probably too soon for him.

What he did with the Suarez money should instantly rule him out on this point.

Don't think he'd have announced it if there was any possibility of staying on. I'd be surprised if there isn't a deal agreed for a new manager already.

He did Sign Countino for about €10M Euro and Firmino for €25M.
He got more wrong than he got right but he did pick some gems.

Would love to see him take Everton in the summer. He would probably have decent finances available. Be interesting to see how he'd get on.
"I called him an embarrassment to FIFA and to himself," .... He said 'No-one speaks to me like that'.... and I said, "well I do' and that was that."
