It's so obvious he's Byrner. Within seconds of Byrner being banned during the Scotland game, Pepe suddenly appears. 

I'm aware he posted for a while before that but the posting style is the exact same.

LOL What an odd forum this is. £20 to whoever stalks me today. 

This is how this forum treats new members, essentially stalks them and compares them to other posters who were banned who they also had a hatred off.

Doesn't bother me personally that he is back, as long as he can resist trolling. The new profile gives him access to whatever/roi sections again, but knowing that its him now at this stage means less leeway with him, if he starts trolling again we'll be onto him sooner than last time.
