Man I love all this stuff mentioned above. Only things I can't stomach are aubergine, olives, sardines which I wouldn't think are popular anyway.

One I'm not a fan of is fizzy drinks, Coke, Sprite etc, never been a fan of them at all, would pick up a Capri Sun or Ribena if i'm stopped at an Applegreen over them.

Yeah I was thinking no wonder I am fat I like all the foods mentioned ha.

Would agree with things like spare ribs and wings, I don’t dislike them but wouldn’t be something I would run to on a menu because of the lack of meat you get and the mess.

not a huge fan of is certain veg. Will eat them if I have to but would normally eat around things like cabbage, parsnips.

I would also put mushrooms in the dislike bucket.

Eggs.

Its more so the smell / texture of them is whats off putting but I still obviously eat them as an ingredient in other products and I'll even go as far as using the yoke to dip on a Fry!

Fishy Fish too.

Like Tuna and Sardines. Or ones with a loads loads of bones or scales. Wouldn't be going near it at all if it still has a head or a tail either. In other words, plain haddock or cod fillets is as far as I go but more usually its Birdseye Fish Figers on a sambo LOL

Really the only thing that is probably popular which I avoid is anything lemony for dessert. Never liked lemon cheesecake, lemon drizzle cakes or any of that.

Not really a fan of gazpacho/salmorejo either which isn't a popular position to take with a Spanish partner LOL

Outside of that I'm struggling to think of anything I wouldn't try at least once. Most of the things listed in this thread are things I'd very happily eat.

Tripe , yep it's famous and popular in Burnley as one shop sells it and nothing else .
People eat it with vinegar on it , just the look of it .

Lobster in unbelievably overrated. It’s hard work and it doesn’t taste of anything. When you get a lobster role it is enhanced with the mayonnaise and paprika, but that’s akin to stuffing a Turkey.

Stew. Chinese. Spice bag .

Burger places like Eddie rockets. Nothing wrong with it. But usually over priced for what it is.
