KÍ KLAKSVÍK HAVE DONE IT! The Faroese club have beaten BK Häcken of Sweden and won two Champions League qualifying ties in the same season for the first time ever. They had beaten the Hungarian champions who currently are 4-0 up against shamrock Rovers in the previous round They are now the first team from the Faroe Islands in history to qualify for the group stages of a European competition. Stuff of dreams.

Antwerp game last night was crazy. 2 goal lead thrown away. Two crazy goals given away by the keeper and last min penalty missed by Alderweld. Donestsk won 3-2. Shambles from Antwerp. Keeper had a nightmare

Why do the commentators on RTE always side with English teams when playing against European teams. Tonight they are a disgrace, the way they are going on you'd swear Newcastle were a poor plucky little non league club...

It was his poxy finish against Liverpool, where he should have made it 4-0, that allowed Liverpool to win the Champions League. That should have ended the tie

Newcastle were robbed, another shocking referee decision! Glad they didn’t win mind, didn’t want to play football in the second half.
