I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"

Only if you believe we have no change of qualifying and its time to look towards WC 2018.
I would especially play Keane as we need him for the Georgia match full of confidence.

Are you honestly telling me you wouldn't be confident in us sticking at least 1 or 2 goals past Gibraltar without Keane?

With them playing with ten men behind the ball there is every chance we would have a difficult time scoring without Keane and/or Hoolahan. Long and Walters strengths would be far more effective against teams who push on against us.

That extended squad is seriously bereft of quality.
Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get me...

I'm not sure how you reached that conclusion from my statement.....but we would definitely beat the rock without Keane.
The Georgia match will be tough (Scotland only beat them 1-0 at home) so I would like Robbie to be heading into that match after scoring maybe 1/2 in a 60 minute spell against the Rock. Goals breeds confidence.

Given
Coleman, O'Shea, Clark, Wilson
McClean, McCarthy, Hendrick, Brady
Hoolahan
Long

Given just edging out Randolph because I wouldn't want to make too many changes where necessary. Given has the Luton game behind him and a theoretically simple game to warm up for Georgia with. Though Gibraltar have proved with the Germany game that they shouldn't be underestimated. Hence why Given's experience will be key.

Westwood or Randolph should be firmly established as #1 next year though.

I've always went for given this campaign, just on Randolphs recent form. For me, Keane has to start v Gibraltar we need to hit the net constantly this is where Robbie excels and on his recent form he's firing on all cylinders. McClean has been back to close to his best back in the PL, but Aiden needs game time for Georgia. It took his magic last time.

Find 11 semi sober lads in Erin's Isle. Make a contest of it.

Joking aside, this would have been a great game to run a competition or a charity auction and give a lad 30 minutes of international football

In light of the new squad updates:
     Given

               Wilson  Clark
Coleman                         Brady

          McCarthy O'Kane

   Long       Hoolahan     Pilkington

                 Keane

I would rather Given start v Georgia and I just don't rate Randolph. Coleman and Brady can provide the width and Pilkington and Long can push up to claim a goal. This is exactly the kind of game that Pilkington will thrive in. Give Keane a half to put us in the driving seat then bring in Rooney or McClean to have a crack.
You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995"
