What about the likes of Vincent Kompany?
 
not necessarily only a stopper/defender or a ball playing centre half, i'd say he's a bit of both.
 
i'm sure there are others like this

It's possible someone could be added to both lists - but more than likely they'll just be put in a category that suits them best.

The best LB in the world IMO.

To be fair to Evra he's probably the second best. Can't think of many other great ones around though?

Yeah Cole is actually the only genuine World Class English player there is IMO. 

By World Class I say that he is either the best or 2nd best in his position in the World.
