I know it's from the NOTW but that is just sickening. 220K a week . A Salary cap really needs to be introduced ASAP.

Ridiculous but if Wayne Bridge is on £120,000 a week I'd ask for 200,000 if I was him.

Absolutely Disgusting.
The sooner the better the FA cop on, and look at how England did in the world cup, and realise something is rotten in the state of Premier League Football. They should fast track the need to include at least 5 homegrown players in the match day squad in order to stop this nonsense. With more and more "World Class" players being attracted to England just for money reasons is getting to be a joke. What ever happened to that next big thing Man City had, Michael Johnson, can't see him getting a look in with all these "Super stars" being bought in. 18 Games last season, and gets a big money move to Man City, something smells in this deal. |

He started 13 games for barca last season
Did anyone hear guardiolas interview on Toure leaving Fooking gas it was Pure tongue in cheek stuff saying how much they will miss him etc etc Apparently the whole deal will cost 78 million over the 5 years Thats an obscene amount of money Seems like they signed him as a pr stunt as much as anything to make them look like a big club The top drawer players wont go to city no matter how much money they throw around they are still a small club |
|
It took City 44 years to win the league and 10 months to lose it

200,000 fookin Lira maybe !! Seth Johnsons agent probably works for Gareth Barry!
They probably hoped for €100k and were offered €150k
