Bollocks to that.

Vegetarian lad in work looks like a concentration camp survivor - can't be good for you. I think Iron is the biggie - there's two types, haim and non haim - one you can get from plants and that, the other I think you really need meat for.

That's a tough call..I could live off a diet of meat and enjoy it, However since I started hunting personally I've adopted a more ethical approach. I no longer would buy intensively farmed animals and feel no guilt eating what I've shot caught as its had the life it should have obviously before I pumped it full of lead. I know a few veggies myself, none of which look well and do suffer from iron deffiences. Humans shouldnt eat more than a fist full of meat a day and world wide meat consumption is having adverse effects on global economics (farming, use of land). There are moral ethical issues to consumption moreso that the killing of a living creature.

Each to their own, would never be vegetarian myself but does not bother me if someone wants to be vegetarian and I don't really care one way or the other.

A girl I work with is a lesbian and, shock, a vegetarian (I think they have to go off all meat to go full lesbian or something) It can't be too healthy, she constantly looks like death warmed up. There's more meat on me little finger!
