England are a long way off being seeded, the October rankings tomorrow will be used as to avoid team in playoffs like Uruguay gaining extra advantage.
so as it stands seeds are
Brazil,Spain,Germany,Argentina,Italy,Columbia,Belgium, and should they qualify Uruguay if not Netherlands.

So rankings announced Seeded teams for playoffs are
Portugal,Greece,Croatia,Ukraine
unseeded, France,Sweden,Iceland,Romania.
Wonder how FIFA will change goalposts this time to make sure France go through, the old warm ball tactic maybe?

Stories like Iceland's don't happen too often in Europe, i love seeing teams who have never qualified for a European Championship or a World Cup make it!
Slovenia to their credit, qualified for 2 World Cups and Euro 2000. Latvia - Euro 2004 Bosnia - World Cup 2014 (granted they were in play offs) It doesn't happen enough!
