Absolute steamroller of a group. I cannot right off the American Eagles as they are dream makers. Ronaldo is also a Dream maker and a dream boat. You can never right off the Germans and Pele thinks that an African deam can win it soon.

Cant call it Jeff.

Germany and Portugal on paper but American self belief is an amazing thing and has done them wonders in previous tournaments. Should be an entertaining group.

A Germany and Portugal draw in the first game could make things very interesting when Jurgen's USA play Germany in the last game of the group.

Gone for Germany and Portugal but as many say USA could surprise a few, the Ghanians I think had their chance last World cup can't see them getting through this group.

Can't see USA getting anywhere now that they've dropped Donovan.

Julian Green only has 1 cap to his name is half-German and plays for Bayern Munich II - You just can't help but feel there was bias in that decision.

USA with a solid performance last night, 2-0 against The Azeri's, with goals by substitutes Diskerud and Johannsson.
Jozy Altidore had a good game holding the ball up really well, Jermaine Jones was very disciplined in the holding midfield position leaving Michael Bradley to play spielmacher in a midfield diamond.
Klinsman has made an unpopular decision on Landon Donavan which has brought extra pressure on himself and the squad, Donavan has been poor this season in MLS but still a big call.

germany often eff up a group game , they lost serbia last time i think. they also only barely beat ghana the last time. klinsmann will surely have a plan for them as well,

I'm swaying towards a 1 all with Germany as they'll probably already be through but it's all only pissing in the wind this prediction sh*te.

I think the Germans will make the final and lose to Argentina in extra time.

I was just thinking that and they owe ther germans one after the 2010 four nil.
I think/hope Messi really shines in this tournament.

It looks like reus could be out of the World Cup after last night. It's for this reason I'm not goin placing my bets till Thursday. I fancied the Germans, not so sure now.
