A straightorward victory for Argentina, I would imagine. Bosnia and Nigeria duelling for second where you would have to fancy the Bosnia n's attacking players to get them through. Dzeko has been vastly underrated by many but expect him to shine here. Know very little about Iran so I hope I am not wrong to dismiss them out of hand

But just because they got to the semi finals doesn't mean it's not an advantage for the Central and South American teams. England failed to beat a poor enough team Honduras but if that match was played in a similar climate to England, they'd have beaten them comfortably.

Hoddle made the point how you cannot keep a fast tempo in attacking wise in this heat. It has to be in bursts. Look how Ireland were dead on their feet against Mexico in Orlando so there is no doubt the European sides will be at a slight disadvantage at least when playing in an equatorial climate

Africa had poor sides then and so did as is basically the world cup was between Brazil Argentina and the European sides.   

Uruguay were filth bags at that tournament and were never going to get to last four.   Mexico should have done better but were poor.

So France beating Brazil on penalties in the quarters would have had half and half in semis,

Different times now. More African and Asian teams that cwn cause problems and Chile and Uruguay can cause problems.

Sorry that's what I mean't but even though European teams like Spain,Portugal, Italy etc etc play in more heat then Germany, Holland, England, they'll still struggle imo with the humidity of that climate in comparison with the Central/Sth American countries.
