They could lock up Arsène Wenger. Disrupts, delays the Development and Progress of some of his Players.
CAN Tunisia 2004 (Overview of EPL/League) http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/3342865.stm (Specific Arsène Wenger attempts at disruption of Kwankwo Kanu) [BBC article doesn't mention Players given name] "Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will not allow Kanu to join Nigeria's pre-African Nations Cup training camp until after 18 January." CAN Egypt 2005 Arsene Wenger is set to ask the Ivory Coast to allow Arsenal defenders Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Eboue to delay their departures for the African Nations Cup by more than a week.

The Players restricted in their Careers are all represented by a specific Confederation, CAF. same link as above "Wenger said: "Kanu is fit and doesn't need a pre-tournament camp." Nwankwo Kanu isn't allowed join his team-mates to improve Nigeria play. Arsenal FC sign the Player because he has won African Football Player of the Year but the Player is disrupted in progressing or developing African Football.

I've replied to your question twice in a patient style and once in your own hysterical questioning style. It's not satisfying you. What do you understand Racism to be? I may be able to apply the exclusion to your response. |

@Shedite No not on this one @Denis Irwin So there is no conversation to make it easier to bring a solution to increase inclusion and reduce barriers. I will try a long list comparison suggestion. Take Int appearances or Int goals of individual player. Then an out of context long list of all the names with the caps/goals value beside all players. Invariable highest number at the top (sometimes date of app. or position). With little context individual Players are compared against one another, but if CAF Players have had reduced opportunity to appear/score in comparison to other Confederation players there can be an ethnic-bias placed on the stats. Refused to Travel statistic One solution could be to apply an Refused to Travel statistic onto International Career statistics. It would be top-heavy with representation from developing NAs (incld UEFA Members). The general non-specific sentence about Irish Free State or FAI representatives not travelling to a Sunday game in Dublin or mid-week training injury would have a focus as statisticians could build the stats from comtemporary reports. Include statistics that show exclusion. |

Has been well known for years, Laurent Blanc wanted to impose quotas for the number of African born players playing for France. Check out the documentary 'Les Bleus' on Netflix if you get the chance. |

FIFA has charged World Cup hosts Russia with fan racism less than two months before the tournament begins. Monkey chants were aimed at black French players, including Paul Pogba and Ousmane Dembele, during France's 3-1 friendly win over Russia in St. Petersburg last month. |
