I remember Fifa used to have some regulation that insisted every player had their shirt tucked in and socks up. Most players used to do it anyway.  Sometime in the last few years all players dont have them tucked in. Why is this?  Roy Keane would turn in his grave if he was dead.  He used to like a high beltline.

Players not tucking themselves in arrived at the same time as Gang Culture and Gangster Rap entered into mainstream football culture.  Everybody out there thinks they are Little Dwayne or Sugar Night.

I imagine because before jerseys were all generic sizes small, medium or large. This meant sometimes players had to tuck the jersey in, especially if it was too big. Now they're all custom fitted and player fit, hence the lack of tucking in.

That's my complete faceless theory on it anyway.
