Anyone see Wenger on Sky Sports News?
Headline was: Wenger hits back at claims he is ruining English football.

This is typical English media bullsh*t.
I thought Wenger was manager of Arsenal and his job was to win trophies with them.
Why should he even rise to the bait by answering such ludicroous questions.

England fail to qualify, blame Wenger cause his side are top of the Premiership with fuk all Englishmen.

Maybe that's because Englishmen are not good enough to win the Premiership

wenger is doin it his way , i bet if they brought in a quota he would adapt to that and they would still be in the top four.

God almighty they'll never get it, easy option as always to blame Wenger, or any good team with few Englishmen.  Wenger will play them if they're good enough (anyone remember his team with Adams, Cashley, Parlour, Keown, Dixon, Seaman?)...........if they stopped churning out rubbish coaches who insist on "direct" football at their academies, stop putting young fellas on full size pitches before they're ready, stop giving creative young fellas grief if they lose possession, ban the phrase "get rid of it", then the penny might drop with them.  They haven't a clue.

We'll never die, we'll never die, we'll keep the Green Flag flying high......Shamrock Rovers will never die, we'll keep the Green Flag Flying high. 19 Leagues and 25 Cups.....

Typical of them to look for scapegoats. Leagues all over europe are full of foreign players, its the way football is today, serie a especially, yet Italy are still world champions, what excuses did they have for they're poor performances in the days pre the influx. Good point freewheeler, they dont seem to have any imagination when it comes to coaching and underage level, when it comes to technical ability they are well behind the dutch, italians, spanish etc.

just making excuses cause they think thery're the best and should be the best as usual!!
Simple reply to this is that they havent won anything since 1966 and didnt qualify for any of the big tournaments in the 1970's, and only have reached 2 semis (1 in 96 and 1 in 90)since then. So how the hell is it the 'foreigners' fault as I dont remember there being a huge amount of foreign players playing in england in the 70's and 80's! load of MY ARSE, typical of their attitude!

They have the world class players on the team, its just that they are a bunch of ar**holes who dont perform for the 'best team in the world' like they do for the clubs in the 'best league in the world' every pther week.
