Just had 3 rashers,2 runny fried eggs,2 slices of fried bread,all cooked in the same pan(very important)washed down with a can of rock shandyThumbs%20Upim now eating King crisps+dairy milk(left in fridge overnight)

potato farl is key to a good fry up.
 
superquinn sausage, back rashers (non smoked preferably) clonakilty white pudding, potato farl, beans, mushrooms, and a pint of full fat milk. crusty white bread to round it off. no butter, ketchup or any other brown contaminents required
