Only couple of episodes in but really enjoying.

This is great. Getting better each episode as well.  Casting of Magic and Kareem was perfect, Wood Harris (aged 52) playing Spencer Haywood (aged 30) is an odd one!

Season 2 completely spiralled into off the rails. Completely ridiculous by the end

Just finished This is England '90 which is the final series. A brilliant drama but pretty f**king harrowing at times.

Watched that whole series during lockdown. It was excellent and very grim at times.

Highly recommend a show called ‘Severance’ on Apple TV.

Watching S4 of The Sinner, enjoying it so far but doesn’t seem as good as S1-3. Bill Pullman is great again although nearly fully communicating in grunts.

I’ve watched that. It’s so good, both in terms of concept but also the sets and acting.

Yeah the premise of the show is cool and intriguing in itself but then as you say, it’s brilliantly shot as well.
It’s obviously a big budget production

We gave up about halfway through S4. It’s so slow.
S3 was also a struggle I felt.

Think it jumped the shark after S2

S1 was great and it just goes downhill after that. S4 was a real struggle.

On S4 with Gomorrah - it's good but way too far fetched. Too many characters in it to keep track of as well.

My plan was to watch the Monster of the Week episodes in random order and then the mythology episodes in sequential order but then Amazon Prime got rid. Thumbs Down

Ye I felt that S4 jumped around from storyline to storyline too much. Something would happen and then you wouldn't see those involved again for another 2 or 3 episodes.

S5 is better though, keeps it simple.

Are you an insomniac? You get through some amount of shows, I do well to watch 1 or 2 series in a year
It would damage this forums' reputation
