Hopefully he can't hurl.  With players coming from Brighton and Hove Albion, Ballygunner will be scouting!!

all the talk about Dessie being involved with BG and he wasn't even on the extended panel last weekend, all bullsh*t I'd say.

if it is to be believed we have signed 18 year old Russian centre forward Mikhail Ageev from Dinamo Moscow. absolute bizarre stuff

No he wasn't on panel at weekend as that is last year's championship but he is on their panel now for the coming season.

so we have signed Scott Twine from Swindon on loan till end of June. it wouldn't set the world on fire i can tell ya. made 15 appearances at National League South last season and 4 for Swindon in the League 1. has only made 2 appearances this season in the EFL Trophy. desperate stuff and clearly being forced upon Rennie by Lee Power.

Jai Quitongo son of former player Jose is believed to have signed also. we currently have 19 players..... very hard to know how our season is going to pan out. Rennie hasn't being allowed to sign the players he wants due to budget constraints and has had several players forced upon him from the hierarchy of the Club it seems.

Aaron Drinan signed on loan from Ipswich. we have now signed Twine and Drinan who have sh*te track record of goals over the past 12 months or so. O'Halloran / Walsh who are not upto it and Izzy who is very hot and cold.

We signed Duffus with no track record last season of scoring goals so hoping one of the 2 new signings may echo his early form of last season before he got injured.

Really hard too knw what way the season will go but would take a mid table finish and a good cup run

After all we have a European tie too look forward to and it will bring great buzz to the city

Hery last year on his current contact, can sadly see him leave if his great form continues this season

Biggest crowd of opening night this evening at the RSC with over 4000.  Draw probably deserved result. Rovers grab winner with very last kick of the game.

Big game for both, to loose your opening two games would be seen as a bit of a disaster. Can see a draw here.

i'd take both hands off you now for a draw. rumours floating about of 2 new players coming in before the deadline on thursday (we got Duffus and Vigs on last day last year) but we have been very late to the market. players haven't got time yet to bond or know the style of play etc.

Unreal and at 9/2 also. Played very well. Feely recovered after a poor first 30 min. If you were to compare the team from same time last year you can say we are better  team bar a striker. Very surprised we didn't go sign someone decent. Young Twine did very well last night but he isn't a player that's going to hit double figures and same can be said about Drinan. Izzy won't break his total from last year anyway LOL

Had a good spell at Bohs 2 seasons ago. Bit of a lost season for him last year back at Dundalk. Wonder what the reason behind the termination of his Pat's contract is.

not privy to any inside knowledge but I’d guess he was told/realized he’d be a bit part player for them considering the depth they have in midfield & asked to be freed up.

he played well last night when he came for the injured Kevin Lynch.

Poor enough result last night. thought we would kick on after equalising but instead conceded 2 own goals. Bohs on Friday and nothing more than a win will have Rennie inching towards his P45

Was at the game and was disappointed in you guys. Not the same team as last year. First half it could have been 3 or 4(although Cherrie made a good save from one of your players not sure who- it was one on one) but with the equalizer it felt a bit shaky for us before the own goals. What a hit though for Waterfords second- minute it left his foot it was going straight into the top corner.
Walters coming back from an offside position but Shane Long was definitely onside- Shane Lonnggggggg.... has done it!!!!
