Happened at 2-1 right at the end.  I didn't think it crossed the line although I was sitting quite a distance away.  Great Limerick performance and win.  On the balance of play a draw would have been a fairer result but given our luck with decisions lately we were due a break.

I think 4th will still be enough for Europe.

Waterford V Cork City isn't a derby as far as we're concerned.

Tallaght is just as handy to get too these days with the motorway and i don't have any particular dislike for Waterford in general. Bar Akinade.

Having watched a video on twitter maybe some Waterford fans may have a case to feel slightly upset.  Big smile

Another narrow defeat for Waterford last night so only 1 win in 6 now in the league. It was a decent performance and earlier in the season we were narrowly winning these games. Conceding straight away after Hunt's goal was a huge blow. Matt Connor should have done better with the shot that lead to Cummins goal but he a good young keeper so wouldn't be too harsh on him. Cork defended well in their box under a lot of pressure late on. Neil Doyle had a poor game and Waterford fans were furious when 2 bad tackles in a few seconds by Cork players went unpunished when both were yellow card offences.
He played advantage which came to nothing and didn't go back and show the card.
Waterford fans are getting frustrated with refereeing in recent weeks with the over the line goal v Limerick by Akinade in the last minute not being given.

Waterford fans should be grateful Doyle didn’t see Hunt standing on Beatties head in the first minute or two

Sligo beating Derry last night was ideal but our next league game is away too Derry city and then away to St Pats. Derry are 5 points below us with St Pats 8 points below us

Hard to knw what way we will treat the cup ??? But we should be beating Skerries Town

We should go all out for Fai Cup. We have a big squad and could make some changes to give squad players a game v Skerries Town. After that assuming we win to get back confidence we could have a good run in the Cup. We have no home league game till September 14th so everyone will want a home draw in the next round if we get past Skerries .

Drogheda United away it is for the cup

United park sounded like a very hostile atmosphere from the highlights of the Rovers game. Will be a tough game and hopefully a lot of supporters travel to the game

Big league game next Friday with the long away trip to Derry. Badly need 3pts but it's a hard ask

Any update on if they'll be able to play in Europe? Or is it a finish in that position and we'll see type of situation.
