I'm pretty sure the airport is outside zone 100 so you will have to pay extra but only for the trip within that zone.

Unfortunately not,the bus is probably the best option at 8 Euro.

Whatever you do, stay off the City Airport Train. There is a stopping train that is barely any slower. The CAT is marginally quicker but significantly more expensive.

Am I right in thinking the S7 terminus is at the Airport ?

Yeh, we got caught on the CAT the last time. Think it was €15 or close to get into city. Thinkthe other one was only €4 or €5.
