He's played mostly with the English underage sides over the past year, but I'd imagine a move to Celtic would rule him ineligible for them at FIFA-sanctioned level as he would not have completed 5 years of schooling in England.

AFAIK both of his parents are Nigerian snd he was born in Ireland, so it would appear so.
