True, but I'm more than happy for Boehly to persist with him while he racks up a few more defeats. Thumbs Up

Ajax have been absolutely incredible here. For a club that have had their squad picked apart all summer this performance is off the charts.

He's gone now.
nuts - did he want rid of rudiger or was that the club 🤔 not willing to pay him what he wanted.

I don't think its that nuts

He spent a lot of money last season and it didn't go great for them, and spent around £250m this summer and had started the season poorly. Lost to Leeds, Southampton and Dinamo and blessed to beat West Ham at home on Saturday

Don't think he was responsible for any of that spend.

That doesn't matter much
If you're given not far off half a billion worth of new signings in just over year, you're expected to make them work
They were Boehly's signings - It was pretty obvious from recent interviews with Tuchel that he wasn't happy with them.

Tuchel requested them to sign Sterling, and is big mates with Aubameyang so i'd say he wanted him too.

Had a U2.5 goals bet in the Atletico/Porto game last night.

0-0 going into injury time, goals in91st, 96th and 101st minute!

Jaysus , the joys of betting.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Bayern v Barca was a great watch tonight! Barca dominated first half but both Lewandowksi and Pedri missed two big chances, Bayern much improved second half thanks to Goretzka replacing Sabitzer! Upamecano, Davies, Kimmich all excellent.

Barca will be kicking themselves but showed they are a force to be reckoned with this season, Pedri and Gavi a joy to watch in the middle! Some of Xavi’s choices tonight were questionable, Alonso is their third best left back should never have played and Fati should have came on before Ferran Torres.

Reckon we have five stand out teams this season in Bayern, Madrid, PSG, Barcelona and Man City.

If the keeper for Dortmund was playing in the Conference League that 1st goal would be investigated for match fixing. Bizarre that he took his hand away from the flight of the shot.

Nice goal by Haaland
It would damage this forums' reputation

Fantastic finish by Haaland, the lad is pure magic. Not many players could have done that, prime Zlatan the only other one that comes to mind, maybe Berbatov

How come there were no Napoli fans at the game last night? And why are Rangers fans not allowed into the Diego Maradonna in the return leg? Was hoping a few Gers fans would be subjected to the famous Naples welcome.

Ref going to have the entire Milan team booked at this rate. Meanwhile Koulibaly gets carte blanche to make awful challenge after awful challenge and just gets a "final warning". LOL

Milan are a very purr side as Tommy Armstrong would say.

Kovacic, Silva and Chilwell on their game tonight. Hard to pick a Milan player who hasn't been lackadaisical in possession and clumsy off it.

Krunic. Angry

Sterling not squaring it for Auba and Krunic conspiring to miss an open goal looks like a real sliding doors moment now.

Chelsea failing to kill them off and Milan equalising right at the end of the second half would've been a real mental blow for Chelsea.

Haaland on for a 4th hatrick and subbed of at half time. I'd be leaving a hot lunch on Pep's desk for doing that
