This seems to imply he is not home-grown (less than 3 years at club) but he could have gone on list B (more than 2 years at club). So not sure why he was included on A-list. 

Theres probably an argument to be made he's more likely to get a run out in CL rather than PL as things stand.

Not true: Need to have been at the club for 2 continuous years between the ages of 15 and 18.

Troy is only at the club since start of 2018 so hes only there less then 2 years.
