Turkey for the Final anyone . Other than that it was decent enough predictions. Pickford having a great tournament was the biggest surprise

It was wide open alright. Great tournament. And great to see a winner who hadn't won it in the last 50 years. Italy deserved it, most exciting and consistent performances in the tournament.

Had a few as the tournament wore on but like you, i opened with France to win and Lukaku top scorer. Put 10 bob on Italy to win on pens last night, so ended well.

Which of the Euro managers do you rate the highest? If I was a top European club Mancini would be one, possibly Luis Enrique (based on his treble with Barca) maybe you'd give Deschamps a shot but Southgate, Martinez, Loew, De Boer and Santos less so.
Italy are playing like they are the best coached team.

Pity France and Italy are likely to be on the sane side of the draw. Would make for an interesting final

Yes the Germans were exposed at the back, could have been 4-4 that game. Still sticking with France.

Yeah I’m looking forward to the knock outs as that’s when the tournament really begins. With 3 teams qualifying from most groups it takes away the excitement from a lot of the group games. I’ve only watched about 3/4 matches so far. Still think France are the team to beat but Italy could do it. |

Don't think France were that bad yesterday apart from their finishing, they missed some good chances. If Germany don't win it, it'll be down to their defence and lack of protection from midfield. Rudiger is brainless at times and showed that last night. They were left exposed a few times by their midfield, even when they were 2-1 up. Portugal's midfield that currently starts are creative enough. They look better with Moutinho and Sanches playing but I don't see them playing against France.

Belgium were brilliant in the second half against Denmark. I’d love to see them win it. Probably the last chance for this generation and they play such good football. I really hope France don’t win it. They’ve so many good players but the way Deschamps sets them up, they’re so boring to watch. Like Baguio I’ve been very impressed with Italy but don’t think they’ve been up against much yet.

Going to be some great ties in the knockout stages. I'd still have France as the team to beat despite their disappointing draw today. Germany look strong but seem to lack a bit of an x-factor in attack for me.
Spain, Portugal and England don't look good enough. All a bit similar in that they've got big stars/regular starters not performing, but strong looking squads and its time for some others to get a chance now. Italy have been the most impressive side so far but you'd have to take into consideration their opponents in the two games. Belgium's first half v Denmark and their defence on paper would have me worried. Lukaku and De Bruyne are going to have to be on fire for them to win it you'd think.
