Frustrating watch and took way too long in making the subs.

Pats were very pedestrian especially in the first half but still should've won.

Melia needs to be scoring that and Mulraney was unlucky with his chance that hit the post at a tight angle.

Two points lost but at least Shels and Derry also dropped points tonight.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Diving coont for their penalty appeal and went down way too easily. He'd have probably scored if he stayed on his feet.

How on earth was Cleary booked when he clearly got kicked by Nolan at the edge of the box LOL

The table is looking a hell of a lot better after the two wins this week.

Were you watching on LOITV? I wasn’t far from it in the ground and it looked like a blatant dive by Cleary. He even tried to pretend that he had cramp as the reason he was on the deck. Then he gets the yellow and he hops up and tears off back down the pitch

Yah not in Dublin today so seen it on LOI TV and it looked like he was kicked from the tv angle. The ever impartial Keith Treacy on the Pats games even said the yellow was harsh and that he got kicked too Wink

He nailed Melia in the back a few minutes before that when Pats were on a break so don't have much sympathy for hm.

Kicked in the shin blatantly by Melia I think (Nolan off by then) with a big dive on the ground. Mason even stopped as did the whole ground.. Only for a yellow which made Cleary feel much better on his shiny

Yeah I was wondering if you got the benefit of a replay.
Anyway we won’t sweat the small stuff. Delighted with the 3 points and the work rate shown by the lads

Big win for Pats and Daly. Really think he needed a win against Rovers. I was impressed by the resilience shown by the team given how poor the start was. They had to hang in there for a while when the score was at 1 nil. The performance improved from the 30th minute onward. Great to see a bit of battle.
Mason Melia is a handful for his age. Incredible that he is able to mix it with the Rovers centre halves given their physiques.

Absolute helter-skelter stuff from Pats tonight with no control of the midfield.

Never seen them lose so much possession in a game.

The poor start to the league continues.

Pats were lucky to get away with a point. First half was even enough but we should've buried you in the second half.

Roll on craptown on Monday,

Pats were definitely there for the taking given how open it was. It was like a pinball machine tbh.

Drogheda had their chances but Pats had a shot cleared off the line too. I think a draw was a fair result imo.

Well disagree on that so. Turned around to someone at half time and said this has pats 1 nil win all over.

Ended up being disappointed with point at full time.

Disappointed with pats tbh. Thought they'd push on from last year and challenge for title
