Ah... Blackburn are 2nd last in the table, struggled to say up last season, favourites to get relegated this season, appointed a manager with no pedigree, signed few players this summer, sacked Big Sam last season when doing well... bought by a chicken farmers, sure what would they know

I always thought Keane would be the first manager to go this season.
Impossible owners and fans thinking it's easy to survive and thrive in the EPL. Have the fans quickly forgotten their last relegation in 1999 and what led to it, so soon? They had fired Ray Harford who struggled after Dalglish and then hastily discarded Roy Hodgson and Brian Kidd when he failed to get them straight back up. They'll probably get a marquee name in and will then have to pay him off when they get relegated.

Sacking Sam Allardyce was the biggest
 of all time. Never understood it, was expecting a big name to come in with these ambitious new owners in charge. Kean is out of his depth. no doubt about it

He did, he had come in midway through the relegation season. They could hardly fire two managers in one season, although I wouldn't have put it past the fans who got drunk on the success that Walker bought in the mid 90's, to have gotten him out sooner. But he only kept his job until a bad start in the lower division, saw him promptly fired. |

I agree with the Blackburn fans, they have to get rid of Kean who is guaranteed to get them relegate.
Don't know why they aren't giving the Chicken Coup Cartel just as much stick, it was there rubbish appointment and sacking + all the noise they made about challenging for a Champions League position. |

It was a joke appointing Kean in the first place. Its clear that they have lost confidence in the dressing room and Kean is not going to turn it around. I dont have any sympathy for him either as he should've seen it was a poisoned chalice replacing big Sam and was a stupid place to take the plunge into management, especially under those deluded owners.
I dont blame the fans for being angry but maybe they should be venting more of their anger at the owners than the manager. |
