Hi lads, I was wondering did anyone who ordered their tickets for Wednesdays fame from the FA receive their tickets yet? I was told by them that i would receive my tickets by the latest monday but even that is cutting it short! If i dont get them before i fly out can i pick them up at the ground? Thanks Smile

Mate of mine home on hols from Japan , he is going to this game, his tickets didn't arrive in Tokyo before he left. He rang the English FA on Friday, they told him they would reprint them and he could pick them up in Wembley (not sure whether Tues or match day, or possibly both) if that is any help to ye lads.

Picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.....

I'm confused by this also. This is the 3rd thread on this topic, all from FA sourced tickets. All FAI sourced tickets were delivered near 2 weeks ago or so, it's not like the FAI didn't have enough

how so? If you don't mind me asking. FAI away ticket portal has come on in leaps and bounds recently, far easier and far more efficient than 2/3 years ago. Also it'll go to your record for future away tickets

@9fingers and brianie.

1. Fans could select their seat. Mine is just right of the halfway line (behind tv cameras)

2. Fans got to choose their own category. Many fans who applied through fai got stung for the higher priced categories. I wasn't letting that go to chance again after the Euro 2012 ticket rip off.

3. At the time demand for the game was unknown. Fans had the opportunity to buy guaranteed tickets and as many as they needed from the fa.

In spite of many fans not receiving their tickets all they will have to do on match day is to get off at Wembley, pick up their tickets, get back on the tube and get off at the next stop for Hennessys.

I have no complaints as my tickets arrived 3 weeks ago.

Fair enough was wondering what the advantages were. Swings and roundabouts really, IMO for me personally it made much more sense to use the FAI

mine haven't arrived to my irish address/Mammy's house.

I cant go now so there may be two tickets in the irish section if anyone is interested. I will give my mates first crack but most are sorted already I think.

I will post tomorrow evening if anyone still needs tickets.
