But what they do have and no-one can deny this now, they have the finest collection of boilers in the world! And I include Canada in that!

Aido, this is coming from someone within the FAI. Whatever line the FAI are peddling to keep you happy is obviously okay with you, but i would be astonished if they get any more tickets after what i heard and when you think about it really. Even the logistics of allocating and distributing them would be a nightmare at such a short notice.
And there's no need to shout.

GF all ready shot me down for this, but we should be realistic in our expectations, and at least ask the FAI to ask the Slovakian FA to setup some sort of fan zone where ticketless irish fans can watch the game(before i get a response like, why swhould they, blah, blah blah.) I think it would be be beneficial both for irish fans and for the match security, as all the irish fans wil be in a centralised location, just a thought.

Never thought this was a runner and the Slovaks did what I'd expect the FAI to do in the same situation. They already gave us an extra 5%. There will be quite a few Irish in the home end I expect. |

The only Website is need a ticket that seems to have them for sale.A free train full of ticketless fans its fiasco after fiasco at least in the bad old days you got a straight answer. This is the worst week I ve had in all my time following Ireland we are being treated like fools.

Bad news, i was told from a very reliable source that the FAI got no extra tickets from their trip to Slovakia last week. They got a flat out no from the Slovakians, which is fair enough considering they already gave us 10%.
So unless we can buy tickets over their from the locals thats all the tickets that their will be.

Have started looking for tickets in the Slovak end, not sure whether it's a good idea to wear colours now, just in case....

Lads,
Still no e-mail confirmation and nothing in my letterbox. Is it fair to say that all the tickets are allocated and it's hopeless at this stage? The match is only a week away now.
