From Rovers website....

As per Decembers judgement, all parties were back in the High Court this morning for the arrangement of costs. This has been put off to next Friday at 10am as todays proceedings were taken up with an application to appeal lodged by Thomas Davis GAA Club against Decembers High Court judgement. Judge Murphy deferred judgement on the application and on costs to next Fridays hearing.

Typical, can't take their beating. It smacks of blatant blocking of Rovers.

The sequence now is, should he miss this, and Ireland's next penalty is scored, then the match and the progress are Ireland's....Timofte against Bonner..

From what I heard about the last court room episode, the judge was fairly damning in his address to TD so can't see them winning.
But they are stubborn pricks, don't think the GAA will bankroll an appeal either

their appeal will come to nothing... this matter cannot drag on and the court will rule in that light... Thomas Davis ..be a man and accept your defeat
