My mates and family all f**king love it . It is suppose to be some craic but i jut couldn't be arsed . Swimming pool , sun lounger abd pints is perfect for me . also I know I would be absolutely sh*te at it and ni amount of practise wouldnt help . i cant even get around the rink in the RDS after Christmas holding onto thay 2 ft poxy penguin Edited by Butch - 18 Feb 2018 at 10:02pm |

I worked in a ski resort for a season, nobody loves a ski holiday.They are all miserable throughout but want to pretend they loved it when they go back home with their ski tans. Pretension at its worst.

Is that your opinion after being on a Ski holiday (after everyone telling you they are great) Count ? Never appealed to me either, I'd probably be fcuk all use at it, but the cabin fever aspect of it was the thing that would put me off. What do lads do when they aren't skiing, go for a walk & look at more mountains/snow ? Or go to a bar full of yahoos telling people how they might give the next winter olympics a go after setting such & such a time on a downhill section ? |
