There is nothing wrong with boiling some veg. Obviously not all the time.
Love roasting veg in the oven before adding it to a curry or a Bolognese. Gives it more flavour.

I used to read it a lot, especially when I followed the LOI, but there's an awful lack of lunacy on there. There isn't even any stupidity. It's very beige, but then so is here now.

Irish peoples supposedly "unique" obsession with the weather. Clearly from watching plenty of British TV, they are extremely obsessed with it too and I'd imagine many European countries north of Monaco are obsessed with their weather too given its extremities in many Northern European mainland countries
