Got a nail\screw in the tyre - slow puncture, went to get it fixed, and they said we only replace tyres now, same in another place.

They will only fix the puncture if the nail\screw is in the dead centre of the type.

why the f**k would you fix it yourself when you can get it done for a tenner or so in most places.

Anyway, last slow I got, it was plugged. The plug didn’t last, wen to another place and they removed the plug and replugged. Lasted a while before starting to leak. Gotmit patched then for €20 and no issues. Wont be getting another slow plugged again.

because the bike is in the house with the bloody puncture repair kit and takes about 30minutes. Taking it to a shop and collecting it again.

I have done the shop when I'd no repair kit, pain in the hole.
