Know alls piling on that woman who killed her kids who was found not guilty by reason of insanity. We know f**k all about what was going on. Let that poor man grieve for his lovely kids AND his tormented wife. Arsehole know alls don’t help.

Fookin arseholes. Quite clear from what was presented to the court that the woman has serious mental health issues. Only verdict that could be handed down. Tragic for all concerned

As some of you know, this is very close to me. Last few days have brought it all back, not that I’ve forgot about it or anything. Was angry reading a few comments on Twitter earlier and just had to stop reading.

spot on lads.  Tragic case and nobody knows why this happened.   Heart goes out to both the mother and father to the gorgeous kids.  The father has shown total compassion and dignity throughout.

He just released a statement. That should put an end to the know-alls. Incredible person.

Twitter is horrible in cases like this. Thankfully Facebook and journal.ie have stopped commenting on it. I have no time for either but they are closing off the pitchfork crew.

There was a very similar case to this in Firhouse when I was growing up, about 15 odd years ago. Very very sad

There was a young lad same age as me at the time, answered his door and was stabbed. Died on the road with the neighbors trying to help him. 1999 or 2000 I’d say.
A young child was knocked down and died previous to that. A few other things that I can’t remember. Was always said the road was haunted

At least it's been better for Killakee in recent years with The Gerk moving out and me moving in. A real coup for area getting someone from Ballyboden.
